Refund Policy

Currently, Sunehriè does not offer monetary refunds on products once sold.

However, customers may choose from the following resolutions where applicable:

  • Replacement of the same product 
  • Exchange for another available product 
  • Issuance of a store credit note for future purchases 

Store credit issued by Sunehriè will be valid as per the terms communicated at the time of issuance.

Manufacturing Defect & Transit Damage

In the rare event of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear images and an unboxing video.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product within approximately 15 working days, subject to availability.

If replacement is not possible, an exchange option or store credit of equivalent value may be provided.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for exchange or store credit:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition 
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and jewellery care kits must be returned 
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage may not be accepted 

Non-Returnable Categories

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery 
  • Products purchased during special sale events or at discounted prices 
  • Rings ordered in a specific customer-selected size 

For ring size adjustments, customers may request resizing support subject to applicable service charges.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email our support team with order details, images, and required information 
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions 
  3. Approved products must be securely shipped back within the communicated timeline 

Store credit, where issued, is applicable for a single purchase and may be used in accordance with the conditions shared at issuance.
